How to get the best from your Visit to us

Please inform us of any medical conditions, metal pin or plates if you are taking medication or if you are pregnant.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment, so you have time to relax.
All time stated include preparation of salon and client, i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and the end of the treatment.
Unfortunately you may receive a reduction in treatment time if you are late for your appointment

Terms and Conditions

If you have any sort of allergy or if you are unsure, please advise us before the start of any service or before you purchase. Otherwise we will not be able to refund based on undeclared information and we do not take any responsibility of any allergic reaction which is not declared.
Packages vouchers are limited to one person only and can’t be shared or transferred. Packages are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
Products purchased in the store may only be refunded or exchanged with 14 days with valid proof of purchase and in original condition and unopened.
Appointment cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of half price of the schedule service. Missed or neglected appointments (no call, no show) will result in a charge of full price of the scheduled service or voucher will be void.
Gift cards can be used in our store but not online. Gift cards are not able to be refunded or exchanged and must be used before expiry date.

Gift Card and VIP Card

Gift card can be used for all treatments. Clients can either purchase our gift card from clinic or online. We can post them to your place.
